Are You Wasting Your Money on Vitamins and Minerals?

You do NOT need to take vitamins if you are:

  • In perfect health
  • Rarely or never experience stress
  • Breathe pure, clean air on a daily basis
  • Eat only organically grown fruits and vegetables that have not been sprayed with pesticides and grown in nutrient depleted soil
  • Never eat foods processed with preservatives, dyes, or additives
  • Drink only clean, pure spring water, rather than tap water that has been treated with chlorine, fluoride and other chemicals
  • Refrain from all drugs and poisons including alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine
  • Never take prescribed or over the counter medication with all its damaging side effects

Certainly, if this describes you, you are well on your way to living to a ripe old age, disease free. On the other hand, if this does not describe your lifestyle, or even come close, you may benefit from a good quality vitamin/mineral supplement to help compensate for what’s missing in your diet, and to help to detoxify the body from toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis.

Each of us has different fingerprints, voices and outward appearances, and internally, we’re just as different. Research suggests that some people may need up to 40 times the amount of certain nutrients than others do, depending on their lifestyles and health concerns.
